网络突发事件应急管理问题及对策研究

随着互联网技术的迅猛发展，网络突发事件频繁发生。事件的发生不再是简单的情绪发泄，而是真实生活的反应。网络上，一个普通人就能做到“一呼百应”。如何预防、平息网络突发事件，成为当前网络突发事件应急管理工作的首要任务。当前，网络突发事件呈现出新的特征，而我国网络突发事件应急管理工作目前仍存在诸多问题，应完善网络突发事件的法律法规、提高基层干部的执政能力、提高网站管理人员的素养和建立网络突发事件舆情机制，创建可持续稳定发展的网络环境。
