| Abstract: | After World War, with the development of state monopoly capitalist, especially the rapid development of economic globalization, the domestic politics has strengthened the influence on international politics and one state diplomacy. Benefit group intervenes national diplomatic policy to be grouing; And the new development and characteristic of political party also has impertant influence on national diplomatic decision in postwar. The different political view, trend and viewpoint have founded the ideological foundation of American diplomacy. |
