Discussion on the Undergraduate Course Teaching Quantity under the Complete Credit System

Under the popular situation of current higher education,the teaching quantity problem of the common and high school causes the attention more and more.Under the condition that academic year system changes toward the credit system,the teaching quantity management system of the high school also should change immediately.This text makes a system discussing about the establishment of teaching plan,the establishment of tutor institution,the school inspector,the checking of theaching accident and the assessing of institution combinning the concrete circumstance of the high school.
