| 摘 要： | 新能源产业是现代社会发展的必然走向，彰显的是以人为本和与自然为友。发展先进安全的新能源产业，提高新能源的利用效率，是现代社会发展的内在要求。新能源产业已成为国家发展战略的重要组成部分。新能源产业是推动经济社会发展必不可少的源动力，是重要的战略资源，是国民经济的重要产业，对经济持续健康发展和人民生活的改善发挥着重要的促进作用和保障作用。为此，阐述新能源产业的发展状况、战略地位、存在的主要问题及其发展策略。

| Abstract: | New energy industry is the necessity of the development of modern society, which stresses man orientation and man-nature friendship. It is a basic requirement of the society to develop new energy industry of advanced security and to improve the new energy utilization efficiency. New energy industry has become an important part of the national development strategy. It is an essential source power to promote economic and social development and an important strategic resource as well as an important industry of the national economy that plays an important role in promoting and safeguarding the sustainable and healthy development of economy and the improvement of people＇s life. The new ener~,3＇ industry development strategic status, problems and development strategy are mainly analyzed. |
