| 摘 要： | 企业项目投资决策是资本运作的根本，要想获得并保持竞争优势，需要正确稳妥的决策。各类企业应有丰富而有效的决策方法，不断吸纳最新的决策方法来支撑决策行为。运用层次分析方法（AHP）确定企业项目投资决策时的各因素指标的权重，把握企业投资决策的主要趋势，以期为解决技术密集型企业项目投资决策中出现的问题提供参考。

| Abstract: | Corporate investment decision is the fundamental of capital operation, in order to obtain and maintain a competitive edge, a secure and right decision is absolutely needed. Various types of enterprises should continue to absorb new decision methods to support the behavior. AHP（ Analytic Hierarchy Process）method is used to determine the weight of each factor index, and the main trends in decision-making are grasped to address problems and a reference is given to the technology-intensive enterprises in project investment decision. |
