| 摘 要： | 通过公民意识教育使全体公民树立公民意识，养成公民思维，形成公民思想，指导公民行为，营造公民文化，将会有力地提升国家软实力，促进社会和谐。社会主义合格公民应该具备人民当家做主意识、国家意识、民主意识、权利义务意识、遵纪守法意识、规则意识、公共意识等七种意识。

| Abstract: | Through civic education to foster civic awareness of all citizens, to develop thinking citizens to form civic thinking and guide citizen behavior, and create a civic culture, will effectively enhance its soft power to promote social harmony. Socialism should have at least qualified citizens＇ awareness of the people as masters, law-abiding consciousness, national sense of democracy, awareness of rights and obligations, awareness of the rides, public awareness of the seven main aspects. |
