| 摘 要： | 大学生骨干是高校学生管理工作的重要载体。简述领导力理论对大学生骨干培育工作的启示，分析现有培育工作存在的问题，并以领导力理论为指导，提出通过前期选拔、培训内容、实践途径、激励方式、考核评价和市场运作等方面采完善大学生骨干培育机制。

| Abstract: | College student cadres are the important carriers of college student management issues. The problems existing in the current student carders cultivation system are analyzed based on the simple introduction of the impact of leadership theory on the development of college student cadres and in such circumstances, the theories of leadership will be used as the main source to solve problems-selections, trainings, practice, inspirations, tests and the mode of market economy will be applied to perfect the college student cadres＇ cultivation mechanism. |
