| 摘 要： | 在我国进入人口老龄化的新形势下，必须弘扬尊老敬老的传统文化。高等学校离退休工作必须坚持以人为本的原则，让老年人共享经济社会发展成果，更好地发挥老年人的余热，丰富老年人的精神文化生活，不断提升服务管理水平，真正让老年人活得有尊严、有幸福感。

| Abstract: | We should vigorously promote the traditional culture of respecting the elderly people as China has entered a new situation of population Aging. The work refers to retirees in colleges and universities must adhere to the principle of people-oriented and let them to share the results of economic and social development, from which the role of the elderly peoples can be bitterly played and enrich their spiritual and cultural life. Only by the way are the service and management standard continuously im- proved and the elderly can live with dignity and sense of happiness. |
