基于因子分析法的我国31个地区年人均收入差异分析

为研究年人均收入的差异性和相似性，根据全国31个地区19个不同行业收入的数据，利用因子分析法把19个行业用4个公共因子来表示并参与建模，进行实证分析。结果显示，第二、三产业的发展程度成为影响人均年收入地区差异的关键因素，广大的中西部地区基于这一视角，需要不断推动产业结构升级，加大对二三产业的投入，特别是发展第三产业对提高居民人均收入具有重要的意义。

Annual Per- capita Income Differences Analysis of the Mainland 31 Areas Based on the Factor Analysis

To study the differences and the similarities of the annual per-capita income, according to the data of 19 different professions about 31 areas, by using factor analysis method to represent the 19 professions with 4 publie factors and participate in the modeling, the empirical analysis. The analysis results show that the development degree of the second and third industry become the key factor of influencing year per-capita income regional differences, based on this perspective, the Midwest need to constantly push the upgrading of the industrial structure and intensify the second and third industry investment, especially the development of the third industry. It is vitally significant to improve the residents＇ per -capita income.
