| 摘 要： | 围绕工程管理专业卓越工程师培养目标，分析实践教学是工程管理专业卓越工程师培养的必要环节；根据工程管理专业特点，构建了科学的工程管理专业卓越工程师培养实践教学体系，该体系由基础实践层、专业实践层、综合实践层、创新实践层和就业实践层五级架构组成。工程管理专业各实践结构层的科学内容和实施方法是培养兼具工程技术和管理能力的高级复合型管理人才的保障。

| Abstract: | Revolving around the training objective of excellent engineer of engineering management major, the practice teaching is a necessary part of training engineers. According to the features of engineering management major, the scientific practice teaching system about excellent engineer training was established. It consists of the basis practice, the professional practice, the integrated practice, the innovative practice and the employment practice. And on this basis, the specific contents and implementation methods of practice teaching were further researched, which can provide the guarantee for training the senior compound management talents of engineering skills and management ability. |
