摘    要:员工与企业存在着相互依存的关系,优秀员工是企业发展的支撑。笔者在调研C公司过程中,针对C公司用人制度存在的问题,重新进行了制度设计,指出应通过完善聘任的刚性制度、立体弹性的制度设计,多方建立员工成长通道,谋求公司的长远发展。
