| 摘 要： | 法律移植是完善我国环境法的重要方法和途径。在环境法的发展过程中,要善于吸收和利用世界各国所创造的共通性因素,同时更应关注中国环境法的本土资源,实现环境法移植的本土化,从而建立有中国特色的环境法。

| Abstract: | Legal transplantation is the important methods and means of improvement in environmental law.In the process of environmental law development,we are not only good at absorbing and utilizing the common factors created by the world,but also should be concerned about local resources of China’s environmental law and bring about localization of environmental law transplantation which can lead to establish environmental law with Chinese characteristics. |
