| Abstract: | The Three-step Development that from custom to law and to constitutionalism symbolize the transition of method for protecting property in medieval England and refract the unique developing way of English constitutionalism. By learning the history of protecting private property in medieval England,we can well understand the origin of the principle that'private property is holy and inviolable'in modern West and get some references to perfect the theory of protecting property with Chinese characteristics. |
