| 摘 要： | 在科学利用引文数据库的背景下,对学术水平进行综合评价等相关问题做了模型研究,基于影响因子的定义,并将其转化为合理的数学表达式,继而从数学角度分析影响因子的合理因素和不合理因素,以及它易受到的干扰因素等.考虑不同学科之间的差异,通过加乘系数对影响因子加以修正,得到相对影响因子,从而使其更好地承担衡量期刊学术价值的作用.
