| 摘 要： | “社会主义核心价值观”的本义是指中国人民践行的、具有中国特色社会主义性质的、处于核心地位的价值观.这一价值观的提炼和培育应当注重特质性,兼顾普适性；注重根基性,兼顾引领性；注重现时性,兼顾久远性；注重民族性,兼顾世界性.“共富”“互助”“自强”应列为社会主义核心价值观的基本范畴.

| Abstract: | The true meaning of ＂socialist core values＂ refers to the values that are at the center, insisted by Chinese people, and shining with the socialism with Chinese characteristics. To define and cultivate such values, we should insist that they are universal, leading, long-standing and global when we focus on their specialty, fundamentality, timeliness and nationality. ＂Common prosperity＂, ＂mutual aid＂ and ＂self-improvement＂ should fall into the basic category of socialist core values. |
