| 摘 要： | 人是大学最核心的的资源和竞争力的源泉,作为高校的管理应该是以人为本的管理,以人为中心的人本管理是高校管理的核心和发展方向,学校实施人本管理的关键是把教师的工作潜能最大程度地转化为实际效能,成为推动学校各方面工作进步的积极力量。

| Abstract: | People are the key resource and the source of competitive ability of a college or university,and the management of a college or university must be people-first management,which is the core and direction.Accordingly the key for a college or university to implement people-first management is to change the faculty's working potential into the practical effects at the higest level,so as to become the active power to accelerate overall development of the college or university. |
