| Abstract: | Creative board market and main board market supplement and complement each other .Creative board market,as a special creative form and a component of securities market,is a relative concept to main board market.It is a creative securities market on the basis of main board,whose established purpose is providing the burgeoning small and middle enterprises with financial channels ,encouraging their creation of science and technology,and helping small-and -middle-type enterprises with high science and technology develop by capital market. |
