动态环境下企业的组织能力及其构成

摘    要:环境不确定性的增加对企业组织能力提出了更高的要求。以企业组织能力内涵的演变为线索,分析了组织能力、核心能力和动态能力的内在关系。传统组织能力理论强调组织能力的均衡性和整体性,核心能力理论强调组织能力的竞争性和独立性,动态能力理论强调组织能力的竞争性和组合性。动态能力的层次性划分为企业动态能力的选择与培养提供了一个基本路径。

Abstract:The growing environmental uncertainty puts forward higher requirements on the organizational capacity of the enterprises.Based on the connotative evolution of "organizational capabilities",this paper analyzed the inherent relationship between organizational capacities,core competencies and dynamic capabilities,presented the requests of organizational capacities corresponding to different levels of dynamic environment,and pointed out the general elements of organizational capacities in the framework of both core competence theory and dynamic competence theory.
