| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析当前电网建设项目对招评标企业各方面的要求,构建了一个评价电网建设项目招评标企业的评价体系,运用模糊熵权法对该企业进行评价,从而得出该企业的评价值,进而有利于电网项目的建设。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current power grid construction projects＇ requirements in all aspects which the of the bid evaluation enterprise must be reached,then building a bidding and evaluation system of grid construction project enterprise,using fuzzy comprehensive valuation and entropy method to evaluate the enterprise,and obtained the evaluation value of this enterprise,and is benefit to the construction of power grid projects. |
