Suggestion of Strategy of Foreign Economy and Trade of Guangzhou

After China becomes the menber of WTO, a series of changes of international economy and trade will take place. Unider the rapidly changing situation of internal and external evironment, there must be the new content in the development strategy of foreign economy and trade of Guangzhou, acceleration pace of optimization and escalation of the structure; dependence on much of innovation, enhancment of international competitve ability, enlargment of transnational business, deepened reform of foreign economy and trade system; speeding up of the training of qualified personnel of foreign economy and trade.
