| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育大众化的逐步实现,这几年,成人教育学生入学门槛的降低,学生素质参差不齐,给了成人教育管理者一个很大的挑战。如何积极有效地开展班主任工作,这是摆在每位成人教育班主任面前的新课题。从成人教育业余学生的特点、如何做好班主任工作、班主任工作建议等方面,阐述了自己的观点。
