基于多准则决策分析模型的科研人员绩效评价研究

摘    要:本文针对科研人员绩效评价问题,引入一种新的绩效评价模型——多准则决策分析模型,定性评价与定量评价相结合对科研人员绩效进行综合评价。利用该模型可以计算出科研人员绩效的综合评价值,从而得到科研人员绩效的评级类别。最后本文利用新模型对科研人员的绩效进行算例分析,得到了较好的效果,这说明应用该模型对科研人员进行科研绩效评价可行有效。

Abstract:This article proposes a new performance evaluation model,a multicriteria decision analysis model,from quantitative and qualitative perspective for performance evaluation of the scientific researchers.The computation of an overall value score for each scientific researcher can obtain with the new model,and allow the assignment of scientific researchers to rating categories.Finally,the analysis of examples indicates that it is feasible and effective for performance evaluation of the scientific researchers by the new model.
