| 摘 要： | 1905年到1917年国家杜马的设立和实践,是俄国实现政治民主和政治现代化的一个重要改革步骤,杜马的设立虽然保留了许多封建残余,但是仍然具有极大的政治进步意义,对于俄国历史发展道路的影响是深远的。可以说,1905-1917年俄国国家杜马的政治实践是介于两种制度之间的一种过渡形式的政治体制,它不仅冲破了沙皇绝对君主专制的统治,同时,也为苏联解体后俄罗斯建立国家杜马奠定了坚实的历史基础。

| Abstract: | The setting up & practice of Russian Federatiopnarliamentarism from 1905 to 1917,which was an important reforming step that accomplished the modernization & demoracy of politics. It had great progressive politics significance, though retained lots of feudal remnants . The infuence was profound to develop the way of the Russian Federation history, It was a kind of interim form between the two kinds of centralized system. It not only broke down the despotic monarch rule, but also settled a solid foundation for setting up the parliamentarism in the Russian Federation. |
