| 摘 要： | 兰州市空气污染世界闻名,目前针对兰州市空气污染的原因分析和解决措施的研究资料较多,但从公共经济学视角论述在既定资源约束下兰州市污染治理的最优选择的相关研究并不多见。因此,从这个角度入手,结合兰州市城市空间布局状况,将会对兰州市空气污染原因的深入剖析,进而总结政府公共政策选择的一般规律性大有裨益。

| Abstract: | Lanzhou is known as its pollution.Nowadays,there are research data on reason analysis and resolving countermeasures about air pollution of Lanzhou City.But there is few relevant research on optimum choice about pollution control of Lanzhou City under vested resource restraint.This paper,from a view of public economics,dissects the reasons of air pollution of Lanzhou City,combining with the dimensional layout situation of Lanzhou City accordingly,and summarizes regularity of public policy choice. |
