| 摘 要： | 高校班主任工作对学校和学生来说都非常重要 ,直接关系到学校培养人才素质的质量 ,新时期新的情况层出不穷 ,从学生的政治思想教育、学生干部建设入手 ,并切实解决学生中的经济困难 ,宿舍管理、学习方面以及心理健康方面的问题 ,才能真正做一个好班主任。
