基于国际经验的农业文化遗产监测和评估框架设计!

农业文化遗产作为可持续发展的典范受到越来越多的重视,其监测和评估工作影响着农业文化遗产的保护与可持续发展,建立农业文化遗产监测评估系统对其长期保护、规划和管理具有重要意义。文章在深入认识监测和评估在项目执行与管理中的重要作用和内涵的基础上,系统地总结归纳了世界遗产监测评估方法及日韩两国的重要经验,同时结合当前我国有关工作现状,提出监测与评估工作的保障机制和监测评估框架体系。

Monitoring and Evaluation of Agricultural Heritage and its Framework Design Based on International Experiences

Nowadays, Agricultural Heritage （ AH ） as a benchmark of sustainable development in agriculture gains increas-ingly attention and popularity. Monitoring and evaluation of AH plays an important role in its conservation and sustainabledevelopment. The establishment of monitoring and evaluation system is of great significance for the long-term protection,planning and management of AH. In this paper, we investigate the role of monitoring and evaluation in project implementa-tion and management, make a systematic summarization of the experiences of World Heritage and AH in Japan and South-Korea. Furthermore, based on the current work situation of China, the framework of monitoring and evaluation of AH andits guarantee mechanism is put forward and designed.
