| 摘 要： | 国际旅游岛建设战略的实施，为海南的发展提供了极好的机遇，也带来了严峻的挑战。国际旅游岛建设不仅需要物质环境的改善，更需要精神文化的提升，需要人的现代化发展。因此，海南公民道德素质状况直接关系到国际旅游岛建设的质量和水平。在这种背景下，提升海南公民道德素质，是建设国际旅游岛的题中应有之义。

| Abstract: | The implementation of the strategy of International Tourist Destination offers Hainan both great opportunities and serious challenges.The construction of International Tourist Destination needs the improvements not only in material environments but also in spiritual culture and people’s modernization.Thus,the moral condition of Hainan citizens is directly related to the quality and level of the construction,in which,to promote the moral quality of Hainan citizens plays an integrant part. |
