国防生培养综合素质影响因素分析

依托普通高等学校培养军事人才已成为国内外培养军队干部的重要渠道。基于国防建设对国防生综合索质的要求，建构了国防生综合素质的结构方程模型，并验证了加强军政训练、增强学习能力是提高国防生综合素质的有效的途径。研究结果表明：军政训练对思想政治素质、军事专业素质、身体心理素质有正面影响；学习能力对科学文化素质有正面影响；自我激励对军政训练有正面影响；环境条件对军政训练和学习能力有正面影响。

Influencing Factors Analysis on the Comprehensive Qualities in the Education of National Defense Students

It has been an important way around the world to develop talented students into military officers by training them in non-military universities.Based on the requirements of comprehensive qualities for national defense students,we set up a structural equation model of comprehensive qualities of national defense students;hereby,the reinforcement in military and ideological training as well as in learning ability has been proved to be an effective approach to enhance national defense students’ comprehensive qualities.Results indicate: military and ideological training plays positive effect on political and ideological quality,martial quality,physical and psychological quality;learning ability casts positive impact on scientific and cultural quality;self-motivation works positively on military and ideological training;and environment conditions influence positively on military and ideological training and learning ability.
