| 摘 要： | 德国的第一渡中国文化热潮以歌德、席勒和莱布尼茨等大师为代表,中国文字和文化赢得了他们的高度评价.但到18世纪,"礼仪之争"中教皇与乾隆皇帝的政治角力导致乾隆的"禁教令"(1746),中欧文化开始数百年激烈对峙,中国随之开始闭关锁国,文明发达进程逐渐落后欧洲,欧洲中国文化热潮迅速冷却.直到21世纪,除甲柏连孜(Georg von der Gabelentz,1840-1893)名垂青史的<汉文经纬>(Chinesische Grammatik,1881)之外,德国学术界对汉语和汉字的深入研究并不多,就连黑格尔、索绪尔这样的学界领袖也戴着有色眼镜来看汉语.认定汉字大大落后于西方文字,并造成中国人思维中的概念混乱.在这种背景下,阿德隆作为继莱布尼茨之后第一个真正从科学角度研究汉语的主流语言学家,在中德语言学交流史框架内具有非常重要的地位,虽然他得出的结论与莱布尼茨大相径庭.
