| 摘 要： | 违法行政是指行政主体违法行使行政权、实施行政管理的行为。本文深入分析了违法行政的违法性 ,认为违法行政的违法性不仅表现为对行政法律规范的违反 ,而且也可以表现为对其他法律规范的违反 ;不仅表现为对法律规范的违反 ,而且还意味着这种违反法律规范的行为必然引起一定的法律责任。

| Abstract: | Unlawful administration means the act which administrative subject uses the administrative power or gives,the executive command illegality that the illegality of the unlawful administrative act not only shows as breaking norm of the administrative law, but also shows as breaking other laws;not only shows as breaking the norm but also means the act which breaks the law will definitely bring on some legal responsibility. |
