| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪,和谐发展已成为时代的必然选择。本文提出民族和谐发展的含义,强调其基本内容既包括民族自身和合共存、全面发展,还包括民族与民族和衷共济、共同发展,民族与社会和协共进、协调发展,民族与自然和睦共处、持续发展。阐述民族生产力的发展、民族内部结构的协调、民族素质的优化、民族关系的和谐、民族与自然关系的和谐等,是民族和谐发展不可缺少的基本要素,并尝试建构民族和谐发展的指标体系。

| Abstract: | Harmonious development is necessary in 21 century.In the article,the author argues the implication of national harmony,stressing national harmony not only refers the inside harmony but includes the relationship between nationality and nationality,nationality and social,nationality and the nature.The author further discusses that the development of national productivity,corresponding of inside structures,the optimization of national diathesis,the harmony with nationalities and nature are necessary basic elements for national harmonious development. |
