| 摘 要： | WTO规则对我国政府职能转变提出了新的要求 ,而调整和规范我国政府和企业的关系则是政府职能转变的核心内容。我国在计划经济体制下形成的政企关系模式已经不能适应加入WTO的透明度要求。本文分析了我国政企关系的现状 ,入世对我国政企关系的影响 ,并对积极构建适应WTO要求的新型政企关系模式作了初步探讨

| Abstract: | WTO rules have put forward new requirement for the government function change of our country.It's a key content of government function change to adjust the relation of our government and enterprises.Our country's current relation pattern of government and enterprises can't meet the needs of the WTO's transparency.This paper has analysed the present situation and affect of the relation mode of our government and enterprises,and found actively the new-type government and enterprises relation pattern preliminarily. |
