| 摘 要： | 本文通过对建筑遗产的基本状况及价值构成进行分析,探讨了目前上海在城市遗产保护实践过程中所面临的主要问题,并在制定社会政策,强化历史风貌的整体保护,以及吸引和鼓励公众参与等方面,积极探索保护建筑遗产的有效途径和对策措施,进而为如何构建和谐社会建言献策.

| Abstract: | This paper traces the situation of heritage conservation and the value constitution of architectural heritage in Shanghai. Based upon analyzing main problems, the author explores the effective method for positive protection of architectural heritage in the process of the metropolis development. The paper discusses social policy for architectural heritage conservation, using the planning control to keep the historic landscape, conservation in the market economy system, and public participation in preservation movement. |
