| 摘 要： | 江西上市企业与非上市企业在技术创新的基础实力、人才机制建设、投入与产出等几组最能体现能力的数据指标上存在较大的比较差异,总体上看上市企业强于非上市企业。这些差异的成因与企业自身的经济实力、财力支撑环境和创新观念等密切相关。

| Abstract: | There is marked difference between the stock enterprises and non-stock enterprises in JiangXi in the data quota which can express abilities in the basic actual strength of forces,building of men of talent and investment as well as production.As a whole,stock enterprises are stronger than non-stock enterprises.The cause of such differences is closely connerted with the economic ability,the condition of economic support and the concept of creation of the euterprises themselues. |
