后现代知识观与教师实践性知识

摘    要:在中国新课程基础改革轰轰烈烈进行的今天,人们备加关注作为课程的主要实施者——教 师的改革。教师实践性知识作为研究的热点,它对于教师个人理论的形成,教师专业成长以及教师教育 的发展都具有重要意义。而后现代知识观对教师实践性知识问题的研究具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:The basic reform of new curriculum in China is carried out vigorously today. People pay more attention to the main implementer of curriculum--The teacher s reform. And teacher s practical know/ledge becomes the focus of studying. It is important for the forming of personal theory, the growing of the process of teacher's professionalization and the development of teacher education. Furthermore, the view of postmodern knowledge has its important direction in teacher's practical knowledge.
