| Abstract: | The criminal policy of temper justice with mercy is policy arrangements to meet the social development of the situation in the criminal field.It marks the progress of legal civilization and the perfection of the ruling of criminal law.The criminal policy is important guidance and spiritual philosophy of the criminal operation in the field of criminal justice in China.It has an important and far-reaching significance for promoting the construction of China’s ruling of criminal law and the building of a harmonious socialist society through deeply studying the scientific connotation and spirit of the concept of the criminal policy of temper justice with mercy. |
