评价中心对研究生复试的启迪

评价中心作为一项国际上流行的、准确率较高的人才选拔方法,已被广泛运用到美国与欧洲的政府、学校和工商企业中,但在我国刚刚起步。作者介绍了评价中心的概念、技术手段、比较优势,剖析了研究生复试引入评价中心方法的意义,并结合我国研究生复试的现状,提出引入评价中心方法的设想,希望抛砖引玉,使研究生复试工作更加公平、公正、公开、经济、科学、有效。

Assessment Center and Regularize Postgraduate Reexamination

The Assessment Center, as an internationally popular and highly accurate method to select talented people, has been applied by governments, schools and commercial and industrial enterprises in Europe and America, but in China, it is still in its infancy. This paper has introduced the concept, technical approaches and comparative advantages of the Assessment Center, dissected the significance of introducing the Assessment Center into postgraduate reexamination. Furthermore, integrating the status quo of China' postgraduate reexamination, this paper proposes the introduction of the Assessment Center, in the hope of inducing more valuable contributions and making the postgraduate reexamination more fair, impartial, open, economic, scientific and effective.
