| 摘 要： | 隋炀帝为巩固大隋王朝的统一,相继三次派船队去台湾"抚慰"、"慰谕"。其原因有三:一是台湾自古为中国领土,二是隋朝大统一和拓疆固土的需要,三是隋炀帝把台湾作为中国领土的一部分。杨隋船队三到台湾的意义:第一,是中原统一王朝第一次把台湾纳入中国领土的具体体现,拓宽了隋朝海疆,使台湾在大统一的杨隋王朝的改革开放中得到发展;第二,炀帝"抚慰"、"慰谕"的思想政策,不仅是炎黄脊梁、国姓杨氏"混一戎夏"民族政策的体现,而且对今天中国和平统一台湾也具有现实的借鉴价值;第三,为后来历朝皇帝能有效管辖台湾奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | In order to Consolidate the Unity of the Sui Empire,the emperor Sui Continuously sent his fleets of army to Taiwan for three times for the purpose of soothing.The reasons lie in:firstly,Taiwan is one part of China;secondly,it conforms to the Sui Dynasty's need of unity and consolidation;thirdly,the emperor Yang regarded Taiwan as one part of China.The significances lie in:firstly,it is the first time that the emperor in China regard Taiwan as one part of China;secondly,the emperor Yang's soothing policy is the backbone of China and has great influence on today's reunification of Taiwan into China;it laid a solid foundation for effective administration of Taiwan by following emperors in China. |
