| 摘 要： | 康德的理想主义情怀在他第一篇历史哲学论文中有着鲜明的体现。基于自然目的论原理 ,在理性精神的审察下 ,他把人类的目光引向那普遍法治———永久和平———的未来。这是康德深思熟虑的结果 ,论文也因而成为其继续探讨历史—政治哲学问题的纲领性表达。

| Abstract: | Kant's idealism was vividly expressed in his first historical political thesis. With rationalism based on the natural purpose, he directed human beings into eternal peace, which was the result of his mediation. Thus the thesis became the schemata of the continual research of historical political philosophy. |
