| 摘 要： | 人本社区教育是社会发展到一定历史阶段人们对社区教育的一种更高追求。NGO蓬勃发展的时代机遇、自下而上的网络组织形式、利他助人的服务理念、扶弱济困的价值取向与人本社区教育价值观耦合,成为践行人本社区教育的新型组织载体。
