摘 要: | 充分激励员工的积极性是企业得以发展的关键,而最有效的激励方式莫过于给予员工更大的信任和自主权,这不仅能够提升员工的自信心和积极性,同时也减轻了管理者的负担。成功授权,需要管理着在遵循授权的四个原则的前提下,按照培养、授权、帮助三个步骤稳妥授权,并在整个过程中及时解决遇到的问题。

Abstract: | Fully motivating the employees’ enthusiasm is the key to enterprises’ development.The most effective incentive way is to give employees greater trust and autonomy rights,which not only can improve their self-confidence and enthusiasm,but also can reduce the administrator’s burden.Successful authorization must follow four authorization principles,in accordance with three steps of training,authorization,and help,and timely solve the problems encountered in this process. |
