| 摘 要： | 新的形势下,大量群体性事件和社会泄愤事件的频发,多元利益诉求和政治表达时现,使群众工作面临着许多新情况、新问题、新挑战。文章引进物理学中场的理论,对新形势下群众工作的新情况、新问题、新挑战进行了较为系统、深入地研究,分析了新形势下群众工作的场的表现行态、基本特征,提出了构建新形势下群众工作新体制新机制的建设性思路。

| Abstract: | Under new situation,a large quantity of group events and resentment-venting evens happen frequently,and multivariate interests demands and political expressions appear time and then,which make the mass work be faced with lots new situations,problems and challenges.Physical field theory introduced,a deep and systematic study of the new situations,problems and challenges is conducted to analyze the display forms and basic features of mass work’s field under new situation and a constructive idea is raised to construct the new system and mechanism of mass work under new situation in this article. |
