摘    要:文章以我国《刑事诉讼法》的修改和《公民权利与政治权利国际公约》比较为视角,论述了我国刑事诉讼法修改后在人权保障方面的进步,同时指出了修改后的刑事诉讼法与《公民权利与政治权利国际公约》之间仍存在的差距。重点介绍了辩护制度和强制措施制度的改进。

Legal measure against gender discrimination in employment

Abstract:Based on the modification of China’s "Criminal Procedure Law" and comparison with "Civil and Political Rights International Convention Perspective",this paper introduces the progress in human rights protection after the modification on Criminal Procedure Law,and points out that the gap still exists between the revised "Code of Criminal Procedure" and the "International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights".It also describes the improvement of the defense system and the system of compulsory measures.
