| 摘 要： | 宋元话本到明代的白话公案小说，判官形象内涵发生了显著的变化：由被否定逐渐转向被肯定；在小说中位置由边缘逐渐向中心靠近；由神逐渐下降为人；与案件当事人逐渐合二为一。文章从社会环境、民众心理和创作主体这三个方面剖析了判官形象发生变化的原因。
