| 摘 要： | 新兴国家研究是当前国际问题研究的理论热点。但关于什么是新兴国家,什么是新兴国家的崛起等问题尚缺乏学术共识。辨析新兴国家的概念,有利于在国际政治学科角度上深刻理解新兴国家崛起的本质。本文试图在对金砖国家、新兴经济体等常用相关概念进行辨析的基础上,定义新兴国家概念的内涵、外延,并在此基础上讨论新兴国家崛起问题的国际政治含义和面临的挑战。

| Abstract: | Newly Emerging Power is one of the most important research objects in China.However,the meaning of Newly Emerging Power as an academic comcept requires clarification.Comparing with other similar terms like BRICS,Newly Emerging Economies,this article defines the intention and extension of the concept of Newly Emerging Powers.The definition facilitates the clarification of essence,obstacles and risks of the rise of Newly Emerging Powers. |
