发展中国家在国际事务上立场一致性的考察——基于对七十七国集团成员在联合国大会投票的分析

发展中国家群体的内部团结是决定其能否在国际政治经济舞台上以集体力量争取权益和扩大影响的重要因素。联合国大会为我们考察发展中国家的分化提供了一个有利的平台。分析表明,冷战后七十七国集团成员在联大的投票背离率维持了稳定的水平,没有出现明显的前低后高的变化。这反映出冷战后发展中国家并没有发生显著的分化。然而分析也表明,尽管发展中国家在裁军和国际安全、非殖民化、中东等议题上的一致性并没有减弱,在社会和人道主义议题上的分化却明显加剧。

The Solidarity of Developing Countries on International Affairs:Voting Analysis of Group of 77 at the UN General Assembly

The unity among the developing countries is a most important factor in gaining interests and enhancing influence on the international politicil and economic stage throug collective strength.International organizations,such as the UN General Assembly,can provide a platform for analyzing differences among these nations.The analysis shows that after the Cold War,the defection ratio of the members of the Group of 77 maintains a broadly stable level.And it reflects that no significant differentiation among the developing countries has happened.The analysis also shows that the defection ratio of the developing countries on the social and humanitarian issue is the highest one.
