冷战后西方地缘政治研究的进展、问题与启示

冷战后西方地缘政治研究通过对传统地缘政治本体论、方法论和历史实践的反思,深刻批判了传统理论中的物质决定论、国家中心论和霸权主义色彩,丰富了地缘政治的分析层次和研究领域,对地缘政治研究的未来发展具有一定的启示意义。但与传统理论相比,冷战后西方地缘政治研究在学科建设上仍存在一定问题,政策操作性较为薄弱。

The Development,Problems and Enlightenment of Western Geopolitical Study in Post-Cold War Era

Grounded on rethinking of ontology,epistemology and historical practice of traditional geopolitical thoughts,western geopolitical study in Post-Cold War era sharply criticized the material-determinism,state-centricity and western-centralism of the traditional theory.At the same time it widened the analytical methods and research range of geopolitics.Western geopolitical study gives certain hints to the development of future geopolitical study.However,compared to the traditional theory,western geopolitical study in Post-Cold War era has its own problems in construction of theoretical system and lacks practical utility at policy-making level to some extent.
