论农村集体经济组织股权固化的完善——基于中山市古镇镇的调查分析

农村集体经济组织经过股份改制后,实行股权固化制度.通过对中山市古镇镇村民的抽样调查显示,大部分受访者认为股权固化制度需要改革.完善股权固化制度的建议有:实行弹性的股权固化制度,完善组织成员退出和准入机制,建立农村集体经济组织成员积分认证制度,落实组织成员的自治管理,实行多元化农村集体经济组织经营模式.

On Optimizing Institution of Unchangeabie Stock in Rurai Coiiective Economic Organization:Based on Sampiing Survey of Guzhen Town in Zhongshan

The institution of unchangeable stock is adopted after the reform of shareholding system of rural collective economic organizations.The sampling survey of Guzhen town in Zhongshan City indicates that the majority of respondents hold that the institution of unchangeable stock needs reforming.The suggestions to optimize the institution of unchangeable stock are:first,to enforce the flexible institution of unchangeable stock;second,to improve the mechanism for members exiting and accessing the organization;third,to establish member's certification system of rural collective economic organization by accumulated points;fourth,to implement the autonomy management of members of the organization;fifth,to implement the diversification of management mode of rural collective economic organization.
