| 摘 要： | 良法的内容是良法研究从而是法治研究的重要问题 ,但是我国学者对此重视不够。良好的法律应该是体现了良好的法律观念的法律 ,是承载着良好法律价值的法律 ,是展示着良好法律结构的法律 ,是包含着良好法律内容的法律 ,是凝结为良好的法律形式的法律。

| Abstract: | The content of conscientious law is an important issue of study on the rule of law. But the Chinese scholars did not pay sufficient attention to this issue. Conscientious law should be such a law which embodies conscientious legal concept, bears conscientious legal value, displays conscientious legal structure, includes conscientious legal content, and has conscientious legal form. |
