| 摘 要： | 商业银行的不良资产,给银行带来了很多消极影响,它不仅降低银行的利润,更为严重的是可能影响银行的生存。因此,如何处置好银行的不良资产,是我国商业银行必须解决的重大问题。文章对商业银行处理不良资产这一问题作了较系统的探讨。

| Abstract: | In the era of the fierce competition in market economy, the bad assets in commercial banks have not only put them in an unfavorable situation but also brought down profit. Worst still, they are likely to affect the survival and growth of commercial banks. Therefore, it is of vital importance for them to come up with a better solution to disposing the bad assets. The paper offers systematical discussion on such problems. |
